When Ocean Views Blend with Thoughtful Design

This 120 m² oceanfront condo in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California, México, has been transformed to maximize its breathtaking 180-degree views of the ocean, where both sunrise and sunset can be admired. Originally, the space failed to leverage its terrace views, with obstructive walls hiding key vistas. The remodel prioritized the social areas—living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom—now all oriented to enjoy the sweeping ocean scenery.

Dark marble floors contrast elegantly with clean white walls, enhancing the interplay between the deep ocean blues and open skies. Natural elements and materials bring warmth and clarity, resulting in a sophisticated yet organic look that immerses residents in Cabo’s natural beauty. In a four-story building with challenging access, this design was implemented swiftly and cost-effectively.
